Plan for 2-3 hours per week for reflection, exercises, and development work between mentoring sessions. This includes completing assigned tasks, reflecting on your methodology, and preparing materials for the next session.

Absolutely. We start with your expertise and knowledge, not your teaching experience. The methodology design process works whether you’re creating your first educational programme or refining an existing one. We build the educational framework around your unique knowledge.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered completed, except in exceptional circumstances. If you need to cancel with proper notice, we’ll reschedule at the earliest mutual convenience to maintain programme momentum.

Yes, the programme includes a 30-day follow-up session to review implementation progress and address any questions that arise during your methodology launch. Additional support packages are available for ongoing development.

Yes, absolutely. We’ll use the first of the two sessions as a trial and if you’re not happy with the way the programme is going, I guarantee a full refund in proportion to the sessions left to be completed. This means that if you feel at session 2 that it’s not what you expected, I’ll refund the value of the following six sessions; likewise if you decide to withdraw in the first or second session. After this, there is no refund possible.
